probally just did alittle cardio this week. Haven't been into steady workouts so I've been watching my caloric intake and considering I've also eaten "forbidden foods" just in small portions. Example I've served the family leftover hamburger hash, but considering the carbs in it and extra extra cheese I just cut back on portions and watching the other foods I've eaten thoughout the day. Also have had tooth problems which make it hard to eat things with nuts, sugar or crunchy carbs. Made that mistake when I though I would sneak alittle chocolate chip cookie bars...BIG OWWWIE!!!!!!!!!!
