Slept 7 hours. Felling better, still have headaches. Noticed my appetite is returning and that is not a good thing. I overeat and sometimes it's even mindless eating. I hope today I get to say no to the cakes, doughnuts and cookies.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
