Day 2: I am going to decrease my daily calorie intake to 1400, adjusted my activity level to sedentary to better track RDI

did 30 mins. of yoga last night.

1512 kcal Fat: 52.73g | Prot: 56.21g | Carb: 189.66g.   Breakfast: Yoplait Yoplus yougurt, fat free half and half, coffe. Lunch: newton fruit thins, green olives with pimentos, sun chips harvest cheddar, reduced fat cheese stick. Dinner: Garden Side Salad, Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato, Chili (Large). Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter Cookies (Soft Type), almonds raw. more...
