So this is my first time posting. I have recently had a baby and gained ALL of my weight during maternity leave. I recently went shopping over the Christmas period and could not stand how clothes fitted me. I was absolutely gutted at how I looked in everything. That is when I decided to make a change. I started at gym today and next step is healthy eating, my biggest challenge. Wish me luck!
