Pap Smears and Exercise??

This is going to be my first Pap-smear since i started exercising and I'm always VERY uncomfortable afterwards for days ... could any other girls tell me their experience with exercise and pap-smears.... like do you girls wait is it ok to exercise right afterwards, should I wait, how long, any specific exercises that wont stretch that area and hurt it?? I don't really know what advice I'm aiming for but any suggestions or advice are definitely appreciated!

Hey T, I have never had any probs after a smear test but we are all different and i think you should listen to your body. It will tell you to stop in no uncertain terms!!!!! So hold on to your dancing shoes and be guided by how you feel, we are all individuals.
