So far so good...I started Keto diet today and expect to drop at least 2 more lbs by this time next week. super pumped for the new year and dropping these 8-10lbs fast!!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
