Wow it's almost a year since my last entry. On my birthday I weighed 68 which isn't that bad and I dropped it afterwards but things got out of control between August and November where I put on 6 kilos due to stress. December wasn't too bad with zero weight gain. Wow I have a lot of work to do :) I am excited!!!
