Hot Chick 3's Journal, 17 January 2010

I've been tracking daily and I've exercised all but one of the last 10 days. I'm seeing results on my home scale. Now I need to weigh in at WW. My eating hit a bump last night but not an ugly bump so I don't feel too badly about it. I'm really paying attention to Filling Foods- more food for fewer points. And working in more fruits and veggies. I'm eating fruit for snacks. On the treadmill I'm up to 2 miles in 33 minutes. Fast for me. And I'm doing toning exercises.

I have a lot of stressful things happening but I keep telling myself that at least my weight is one thing I can control.

You are doing so well with both the diet and the exercise, especially considering the stress. (And just think, if the roof keeps leaking... you are on the way to having an indoor pool!) Keep up the good work!
