I've been tracking for nearly a week now. The first few days I was using my weekly extra points by up to 10 a day. After 3 days of this I got back into the more mindful eating and paid attention to what I could eat for fewer points but would keep me full longer. The Filling Foods. And since that's the meeting topic this week, it's been good for me to put into practice. I've also been hitting the treadmill hard. Maybe too hard; my knee hurt yesterday. So today I did a toning dvd, something I also need to concentrate on. I not only want to lose weight but I want toned arms and abs. This is already paying off. I was done a couple of pounds on my scale this morning. I plan to weigh in officially Wednesday or Thursday. Should see a good change. I'm not going to track my eating here too much. It's hard enough to do it in my journal. Hot Chicks are doing it! (at least doing something- yea!)
