Well it's the new year. I have slacked off the diet since Thanksgiving. I've still worked out at least 2 to 4 times a week, but just haven't made time to write down everything I ate. I got on the scale this morning, of course I was disappointed. I'm trying not to be negative, because it's my own fault that I let this happen. It's not terrible, but makes me want to work that much harder to get back on the horse and reach my goal by summer. My ultimate goal would be to reach 200 by April, but realistically I know that would be an unhealthy possibility. I'm thinking about restarting the diet next week. It will be so hard to give up my multigrain chips, and whole wheat bread. I know it will be worth it in the long run. I can tell though that my food choices have changed, and that I'm more aware of what I eat. Of course, I have a few slip ups, but it's not like it's a continuous routine. Well here goes nothing. I'll be in touch next week.
