Well I am 25 years old, and all my life I have been a big person. It took one meeting with a life insurance agent to make me realize just how much my weight has and will effect my life. I wont lie I broke down in tears, and decided from that day forward that I no longer wanted to be this big person I have been for so many years. I have started the Prism diet 13th, and put lots of exercise into my daily routine. I work out twice a day. Morning and night. It's tough, but my body has so much weight to lose that I need to work out twice a day. I hope to stay positive and determined to meet my goal of 200lbs by January. For now I'm trying to focus on no breads and keep busy so I wont think about eating. :)

It's so hard. I had this issue as well, but once I cut out my alcohol I was able to work out better and see better results instead of being weighed down by alcohol. You can do it!

What time of day are you at your "true" weight?
I weigh on Fridays first thing in the morning. Of course, sometimes I forget so when I get back from work out I weigh myself then. It is usually before I eat anything that day. As far as when my body is at it's most natural weight. I'd say first thing in the morning before eating breakfast.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I appreciate all of them. I'm gonna try my best to find alternate ways to enjoy my morning pick me up.

Suggestions Please?
Is it best to leave the sugar substitutes alone? Cause I love my morning coffee, but it is so hard to drink it black. Thank you for your suggestions. I'm having major sugar withdrawals and was willing to give up on coffee.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh once a week right now. I just started the Prism Diet. I've got a long way to go, but I'm remaining positive and motivated.
