Today is a new day. Worked so hard yesterday to get back on track and bam. Last night went out and had three gin and tonics. I lost nothing. Good thing is though, I gained nothing. It is so hard.
That said== Today is a new day. I know this diet is doable because I did it for almost two years. It stopped being a diet and became a lifestyle. One open meal during the week and one open meal on the weekends. The rest of the time you were - for the most part ==Paleo. I would add half and half to my coffee or 1/2 tbsp lite dressing to a salad, but the rest was strictly by the book. I felt the best I had felt in years. Slept great--woke refreshed--had energy--and lost weight. No other diet made me feel this way. Paleo Lifestyle--Here I come!
