Interesting thing I read....They did a study and say that the best day to start a diet is Sunday. The worst day--Tuesday. I've always started weight loss on a Monday, my ENTIRE life. Same with exercise. Maybe that's where I was going wrong, lol...

Really tho, the best day is the day YOU take that first step, even Tuesdays!

I used to have weigh in days on Thursdays no matter when I started my diet. I think I must have have really been out of focus. LOL!

So far I'm going by the "I know I didn't do as well as I wanted today, but I can ALWAYS do better starting tomorrow." philosophy
