Well, I'm starting off. My previous fatsecret account lead to failure, and i think it was because i was cutting way too many calories. 700 calories isnt enough in a day, so i am hoping that allowing myself more calories and eating teh right foods i will be able to reach my goal. Through this whole thing i will offer up temptaions to the Lord, and ask for his help and grace in my times of weakness. All glory will be brought to Him!
