First week on LCHF, and I'm down 10, yay! I understand that it's mostly water weight, but the inflammation in my joints has decreased (pain gone), energy is up (no more mid-day crashes), and no hunger. So today I will celebrate by trying some new LCHF recipes and taking a walk with my doggie, TeeDub. Have a great day everyone!
