Let the fun begin. Time to get serious.
Need to stay away from excessive Carbs ( bread, Pasta sweets ...). Eat more fish and meats and less cheese. More vegetables and fruits.
Portion controls . Find a way to minimize the cravings at night.
Exercise everyday . Workouts , golf , ride bikes. Keep moving.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
