Today is the start of my journey to eat healthier and exercise more effectively.
Tracking my food intake and exercise will be a key to my success.
I'm more committed than ever before , since I'm about to turn 66 years old and need to get in better shape.
My goal is 1800 calories per day .
215.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
