Another 30 minute stairs/walk through the lovely turbine buildings here at the nuke plant resulted in 113 calories burned. Nice and cool in the 60s again.

Just had lunch. If you haven't tried spaghetti squash, what are you waiting for? I had a huge bowl with marinara sauce which would have been huge calories and carbs with regular pasta. Delicious and filling and the fiber sticks with you.

It's supposed to be cold this weekend. Good bike riding weather. I predict a weigh in at or near 190 (or dare I say it - below) this weekend. I'm back on track.

My friends went diving yesterday and today and got a bunch of lobsters... I had to work...
191.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
