Well fell off that wagon again. Feel like a broken record. Also feel like a fatso.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

figure out what it was that wasn't working for you and then change things up. Why do you think you fell off the wagon? Was it the holidays? Too many goodies around? Not eating enough which resulted in a binge? Tweak things as you go. It doesn't have to be trial and error. Error is negative. Go for trial and tweak.
