Day 2 on trying to count calories & I am over again. I did better than yesterday though. Today I ate a little over 2000 calories when I ate well over 3000. Wow that's a lot of calories. So far I have learned that I really am eating way too much. I should be at about 1800 for the day. I knew I was eating too much obviously or I wouldn't be overweight. But I didn't know HOW much more I was eating. So even though I am still eating too much I am learning and that is a really good thing. I am becoming more aware.
