Back to square one! Hoping this year will be better. I had pneumonia, strep several times and a tonsillectomy last year. I also lost my sweet furbaby and more importantly my beloved grandmother in October. I was in and out of the hospital with her for 2 months and packed on 10 lbs by just grabbing junk for comfort and convenience. I was also on steroids for the sicknesses and ate like a horse. I gained every lb I had lost last year + 2 more. I am glad I did not go out and buy a new wardrobe. :) Fired up my Wii today and it about wore me out just doing basic steps for 20 mins, but I did do it! I have tons of carb filled gluten free items in my cupboard that I will need to hide. I just will do my best and hope that pure fat will melt with some effort on my part. I hope to meet my goal by summer.
