I didn't do very well Saturday. My sweet tooth kicked in and won out. Sunday was better and today will be better also. I hate it when I cave in to cravings. Today I am getting out of the house and that will keep my ind off eating. I know the secret is to stay busy. Last night I paid bills and that kept my mind busy for a couple of hours. Today I am taking my great grandson birthday shopping He will be 9 on his birthday the 5th of January. They are never disappointed when we go birthday shopping because I let them pick out what they want. They can't complain when they pick it out themselves.
