Had pneumonia and never got back to the routine of eating properly and walking. As a result, I haven't been on here for some time and now I'm back! Gotta' get this weight back under control and knew that I'd stumble through the holidays while traveling. My stamina is sluggish, so it'll take a bit, but I found that doing this and committing to a weekly weigh-in while talking with others really helped me before.
