ok.. i don't know how my weight managed to drop back to my low drop b/c i've been just basically off of SB for a whole week... yeah... 7 days!

b: port patti and cucumber 200
l: chinese food & brown rice 350
s: milk tea 500
d: brown rice, chinese food, junky cereal, no milk 500

1550 cal!

been really hungry the past few days... period and hyperthyroid a little kicking in there... but very energetic and trying to get ready for hopping back into SB...
101.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.4 lb a week

bibi...you're almost to your goal weight and you are doing great! Your menu sounds delicious and the calories aren't so bad...do you excercise?
