New year, new scale. Got an auto calibrating, extra large lighted scale that goes 1 decimal point. Oh yes, I've gone high-tech 😊
Not ready to step on - going to wait until Tuesday and Friday... my regular weigh days. Ticks me off how tied my mood is to that stinking number.
🏃♀️Walked a new 3.1 mile path today. No jogging. Damn shin splints. But now I have an official 5K route to use and measure myself with.

Having a good scale will help. It's amazing how .4 lb. one way or other can change how we view things. Good show on the new path, too!

I've been considering a new scale, hard to justify since mine works just fine.
