Even when cheating and consuming more than your target carbs for the day, dont go crazy and eat the whole box! Enjoy a serving and put the snack away! In the past I would say oh Im going off my program for today and consume hundreds of carbs and call it a cheat day and set myself back a week or two. Keeping my wits about me and moving forward.
