i hadnt check in my fatsecret for long time due so busy with my kids and all farm stuff.. and i hadnt check in for while.. so my weight was stalled for so long from 220lb to 200lb up and downs thu nov month.. due too many parties! .. so i am super happy that my weight dropped! =)
my lchf diet is going stronge and it prove my health =).. but i still have mild flu due weather go nut laterly of warm/cold temp up and down.. even freeze temp it alway make me sick during winter time!
