So this week I lost the pound I gained back plus one more. The end of round 6 of 21 day fix I lost 2.1 pounds. It's not a lot but during the holidays, that's great. There were no inches lost but I didn't work out only a handful of times. This next round will include Christmas and New Years, so let's see what happens. Week 19, let's get started!!!!
