Last weigh in was 3 weeks ago and I had been sick and then ate much more liberally than normal over the holidays, and didn't exercise as much but I didn't go too crazy with food. I was avoiding the scale cause I assumed I'd gained like 10lbs, so I just didn't want to see a big jump. Today I just felt compelled to actually face the scale.
I'm only up 1 pound. Without as much exercise, and eating a bit more freely and NOT really logging my foods I managed to maintain my weight loss. Normally I wouldn't be happy about a gain, but considering most people gain more weight over the time between thanksgiving and new years, I consider this a victory.
I'm not at my goal yet, but I will get there.
