Last weigh in was 3 weeks ago and I had been sick and then ate much more liberally than normal over the holidays, and didn't exercise as much but I didn't go too crazy with food. I was avoiding the scale cause I assumed I'd gained like 10lbs, so I just didn't want to see a big jump. Today I just felt compelled to actually face the scale.

I'm only up 1 pound. Without as much exercise, and eating a bit more freely and NOT really logging my foods I managed to maintain my weight loss. Normally I wouldn't be happy about a gain, but considering most people gain more weight over the time between thanksgiving and new years, I consider this a victory.

I'm not at my goal yet, but I will get there.

That is AWESOME! Good for you... and you're right about the dreaded Thanksgiving to New Year's Ride! Good JOB!!! (even if you weren't tracking...your overall habits are much improved...obviously!)
