goooood sunday morning again...just got done with my 50 min bike ride..35 here ..glad it was inside..was thinkin when i was peddling a way that id like to shoot for 15-20miles a day to start out with..get use to riding that many miles to get back into shape..like i was during the summer ..riding recumbent bike is alot different then riding road bike..feet are out in front of you..dont really care for that but its a different workout im sure...i do have a hard time stayin on bike the first 10-15 minutes..but then once i get in the bike zone..then im in it for the time i set..one down ..hopefully 2 more today..

the highest resistance went up to 18..however i set mine to 8..i could do that today..

second ride canceled..
front with cold rain has come thru..so im in recliner with electric throw over me from waist down...finally quit hurting..felt fine this morning before rain came thru...an had planned on getting one more ride in to make my 15 miles..but guess i get the day off..wether i want to or not...

ive been eating more..been burning off more calories between workouts..gonna weigh in tomow...hopin for a loss on the scales for a change..i wear a road id braclet even when im not riding..an had to take 2 links out of it last night..it was getting so loose that when id get up in the mornings it was half way up my arm..funny where we release weight at..well first cup of coffee is gone an tummy is talkin to me..almost 6am and first ride is behind me once again..be back later to add rest of rides in..have a great one..

Well done on your mileage!!! I mentioned before my hubby has a recumbent bike and he won't use it. Maybe I should set it up for me and alternate that with my elliptical.

the rain an the cold has moved in..have electric throw over lower part of body around the knees keepin them heated...anytime a front comes thru then i have to take time off...i kno its good for the body...but i enjoy having something to do besides sitting an watching reruns on tv..

m2b...its a great way of shocking the body an getting a different workout..body gets use to same exercises after awhile...so mixing it up keeps your body guessing...
