Did really well yesterday. Shopped til I dropped with mom. We ate a nice lunch about noon, sharing a gyro platter at our favorite restaurant, also shared a tiny baklava; then went on for hours, had a cup of coffee together, then got home about 7pm and only needed an apple and peanut butter for supper. My tummy was upset and I had a headache so I went to bed early.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
