Well, I didn't sleep well, ran around Christmas shopping all morning. Now I'm tired, and have a hankering for chips. What am I going to do about it you ask? I'm going out for a walk! I just got a new set of headphones in the mail and I'm going to try them out. It won't be fast or intense, but I fell it's the better alternative. :-)

I hear you ! I also need to move more and get my mind off of snacks. I would graze all day not realizing that every bite was extra calories that I definitely did not need. We can do this !!!
