Yesterday I changed my RDI from 1700 to 1800 calories a day. Basically it was a paper move. At this point, I'm not changing anything. I'm sticking with tracking and FS. I learn a lot from observing others...
152.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
