lggdrg's Journal, 03 December 2016

I could use some support. My weight gain is largely due to me not monitoring myself and partly stress. I am a full-time caregiver for my father and have been since July of this year. Do now I an at home ask the time and just haven watched what I was eating. I also have physical and mental stress dealing with caring for my bed ridden father who had repeated uti's among other health issues. I could really use a community to help me stay focused.

Prayers to you! I was caregiver to my mom and grandma before they passed and it is the most stressful job I have ever had....and I have been on Wall Steet

Here we are! Lol. The hardest part is keeping the right foods around and sticking to them. There are lots of quick options and convenience foods if you are pressed for time. Freeze dried low calorie veggies work for me. Watch out for those with added fats. I have seen some green beans almost as bad as French fries. Subway and the Hardee's low carb burger are good fast choices too. Leave off the mayo and oils.
