I need help, I'm not able to meet my calorie goal, I'm always under, I wish I would have tracked before so I could see the difference, does anyone know if it's bad to not meet your calorie or carb goal??
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I got on line and got some daily menus for the calorie count that I needed. I ended up adding lots of fruit and vegetables. It is easy to just cut out eating the "bad" stuff - the hard part is getting the right vitamins and minerals and really changing your eating habits so you keep this up for life.

I don't think it is. Everyone is different. If your weight loss is between 2 to 6 lbs per month that is generally safe. I tend to undershoot my calories

Many of us have found the RDI's given to us here on FatSecret to be too high, have used other online RDI calculators to come up with better numbers, and have changed our RDI's on FatSecret as a result. You don't have to eat up to the FatSecret number if it's too high for you!
