Is on Day 2 of Fat Smash Diet! I cooked alot the past two days enough for a couple of weeks! Thanks to the hubby for helping and doing the dishes! I cooked lentils, cabbage, eggplant stew, vegetarian spaghetti w/tofu pasta and yam fries! I also made yogurt parfaits with yogurt and fresh blueberries and blackberries. Im eating every 2 hours but it's good stuff so I feel great and dont feel deprived. Now to get back to my workouts!
