I'm all sore from the gym but I had too much food yesterday let's face it. Being home all day bored doesn't help to stay disciplined.
Today I'll do a Water Fast day to let my body rest a bit. 3kg in less than a week are not in discussion!!
124.6 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
