Fixing car all day (replaced manual transmission fluid etc) - Would this burn any calories? lol
Now enjoying broiled salmon with lemon juice ...ahhh fulfilled life :)
144.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
