Working on not being so damn depressed between now and when I go to school so that I can be motivated enough to loose 20lbs before I go to school that way I am not more depressed about not meeting my goals before I go to school.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sorry you're going through that. It does SUCK. I am impressed at how strong you are. Sounds like you are motivated. You are determined. So glad you are talking and reaching out for help and learning new tools. Please feel free to share with the rest of us what works! Be good to yourself. Be honest with yourself.
