Very pleased with the drop in weight today...my efforts in keeping to my planned meals have obviously worked...being the cat toy picker-upper for my kitten must have helped too, oh and add 'mad leaf-lady' exercise to that, though after the storms recently, my garden doesn't look any different now! Oh well, at least I have plenty of garden tidying to look forward to this week, if the horrible wet stuff goes away!
I'm well aware that the 1st week of any controlled diet/sensible eating plan usually brings a good lb loss, so I'm under no illusion that this kind of drop will happen again.....it'd be nice but realistically I know that ANY weight drop is good.
I especially like recording my meals and exercise....being able to look back at a week's worth of entries will be useful for future WIs where I don't lose....as long as I remain honest with myself, do my food research and meal planning, I know that whatever the scales tell me, I WILL cope and not have a defeatist attitude whereby I binge...look where that attitude got me in the past!?!
No, one day at a time is all I am expecting of myself, don't look too far ahead, remain determined and focused, and I will get my reward :)
