Good morning Journal! Here we are, Christmas is upon us!!! I think there is no point getting one self sick about the rich food we'll have on the table these 2 or 3 coming days. Let's just enjoy, have a great time with friends and family, and get back on track from Monday.

I'll do my best to log all my food intake and exercise still, but might be delayed coz of sooo many things to do from tonight. I decided to 'lead the troops' in the kitchen, and organized the menu for tomorrow night: pumpkin & sweet potatoes soup; gnocchi with tomato & bacon salsa; tadjine of lamb and dried prunes; and for dessert a tiramisu & some mini-muffins. A non-traditional Xmas Menu, but what the heck! :-))))

Ok, gotta do some work!

PS: hitting the gym right after work, power session!
