wellllll. today, actually all nov. is a failure, felt gross today and still over ate today, and just kept eating. seems to be,the trend. wake up? eat. get to work? eat. lunch?eat. 2pm?eat, 5 sure, dinner? please and lots. dessert? no thanks, boy that looks,good, I'll just have a bite...and you guys wait till tomm/mon weigh in. I don't like this trend
