Want to get to my goal SOOOOO BAD, but my body is rebelling ! LOL I have been so close for weeks now....close enough to see, but just cant touch it ! UGH TORTURE ! Switched up my workouts some to try to boost me past it, but its still taunting me!

I saw an article on the newstands the other day that said "How to lose those last 5 pounds, and why you shouldn't bother." I didn't read it, maybe I should have and I would have something helpful to say right now. Good thinking switching up your workouts!

how frustrating! my aerobics teacher told me it was better just to wait them out because other parts of your body are trying to catch up (skin, heart, blood vessels etc...) Looking at your progress I'm sure you'll break through as soon as your body is ready :) great job!!

I've had a few instances in the past where I wasn't eating enough food to allow my body to lose weight. Maybe try eating a few more calories. You just have to be careful how you do it............for example, incorporate another serving or two of vegetables into your day. I know it sounds crazy, but it's worked for me in the past.

Look how far you've come. You are a few lbs from your goal.. but far from where you began. You know how this silly diet works. It tests you. Stick with it, you know it wont be long. :0)
