Starting back on Phase II tomorrow. I have started to slip. I felt that because I was working out that I could have a little more to eat and slipped off the diet. Then last week I was so crazy busy at work, I only worked out once.

I was sitting at a barbecue party on the weekend and caught a glimpses of my reflection in the Patio door. Still not liking wht I am seeing. So back to Phase 1 with the excercise. Wish me luck !

I think that's a pretty common thing, letting yourself eat more because you're exercising and it's pretty natural too. You do need more if you're exercising, but yeah, some of us (like myself) do go overboard sometimes. I think it's great that you have admitted to yourself that you need to re-focus and haven't wasted anytime doing it. Good luck!
