Life in 2011 has been tough. We moved from Tbilisi, Georgia to Lagos, Nigeria and if that wasn't tough enough, my partner of 8 years left me two months ago. Devastated. 2012 has to be a better year for me and so, back here I am. I only have myself to please when it comes to food now - and with terrible willpower that is going to be a struggle. I am going to the gym more regularly and my New Year resolution is to lose weight. I am going to start with small steps. Exercise will increase slowly and I hope to eat more healthily. Now is a terrible time to start, just before Christmas but here I am. I would very much welcome any thoughts, ideas and support from you guys.
