Just not trying hard enough. Trying to eat a balance meal but lack of exercise.
323.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

Sometimes that exercise thing is the tough part, isn't it? At least you're doing the right thing by trying to eat healthy though, good job there! Stay positive! :)

Yes I have the same problem. I decided to start by walking everywhere I need to go and some basic exercise at home for 10 min at time. Just keep trying you can do it. :)

I'm in the same boat but I've noticed that just 10 minutes of stretching per day has helped insanely more than I ever would have imagined.
