Y right after I woke up. bfast was ham egg and cheese biscuit a airport. no real lunch. diner was fajitas homemade guac. (ate lots of avocado) grilled chicken. sauteed onions and bell peppers, tomatoes, hot sauce, wine (cab)
206.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
