Good Morning Dear Diary,
OMG, I am over the moon with knowing that I have met my November's 5.0 lb weight loss goal ALREADY oh yeah, oh yeah. Now, maybe I'll reach my ultimate weight of 140.0 lbs by April. I had intended on reaching this goal by May. I started doing my Intermittent Fasting a few months ago and I love how it's helping with my controlling calories. I have been doing what I call a modified low carb way of eating for awhile now and I'm making sure I get 6-8 glasses of water a day. Well time to get my day started. Until next time Dear Diary.
