This "144" came up this morning after being somewhat steady in the 141-142 range, so I expect it to go down a couple pounds quickly, but clearly I need structure to get back to 135. My jeans don't fit, I have shirts that don't fit and I'm sick of feeling sluggish and bloated after having huge dinners.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can, how about switching your daily food portions around? What I do is have a fairly large breakfast, a moderate size lunch and a small dinner. If you're more active during the day you can burn more calories than during the evening hours. Plus it might cut down on the after dinner bloats. Wish you well buddy.
