Not having chips hasn't been as bad as I thought it would. Cutting out a major part of my diet by not having them is leaving me confused about what else i was eating...obviously not much since i had to go to the store and buy everything! i had nothing to do decent meal prep with. NOTHING. I'm trying to do portion control and count calories but theres no moderation between me and chips 🙁

Good for you! I totally understand the "chip" thing. Finally gave them up myself. Don't think about them as much after a few days. For me the key was to have something I can have on hand. Last night was a carrot, I scrapped it and crunched away.
